Postdoc position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Dorina Avram in the Department of Immunology at the Moffitt Cancer Center to study immune dysregulation in cancer and autoimmunity. We investigate in depth cellular programs and their regulatory mechanisms with the ultimate goal to harness the immune responses in cancer and autoimmunity.<\/p>\n

We use genetically engineered mouse models, organoid culture systems and patient-derived samples, along with state of the art methodologies, including transcriptomics (bulk and scRNAseq), ATACseq, ChIPseq, proteomics and metabolomics, multiplex immunofluorescence and spatial transcriptmics.<\/p>\n

Credentials and Qualifications:<\/strong> We seek an enthusiastic candidate with a Ph.D. in immunology or related fields, and strong commitment, with first author research publications and rich wet laboratory experience, including working with mice.
